Man Posing As Red Sox Scout To Serve Jail Time

Charles Pruenca, of Jamestown, appeared in court Monday on a test violation stemming from an arrest to the beginning of this month for allegedly trying to cash a bad check. A man accused of being as a scout for the Boston Red Sox serve 90 days in jail for a single violation. Prosecutors had asked for a six-month sentence..
